Multidisciplinary Artist from Universidad de los Andes with an emphasis on Electronic Media and Designer with an emphasis on audiovisual communication. Sergio Mantilla has exhibited in groups since 2012 and has participated in more than 60 international exhibitions and 3 individual exhibitions.
He has exhibited his work at festivals and exhibitions such as: VIDEOFORMES [United States], BANG Festival [Spain], Forty-Five Symbols Festival Exhibition [Germany] Mutatis Mutandis Festival, ARCOT [Japan]. BRIGHT BRUSSELS International Light Festival [Belgium] LPM Live Performers Meeting [Holland], Feria Arte Diez [Mexico], VOLTAJE Salón de arte y tecnología, OFFF Bogotá, Arttec, Festival, BERLIN SCIENCE WEEK [Germany], FILE FESTIVAL International Electronic Language [Brazil], LAVA FEST, MUTEKco, among others.
Mantilla's work takes multiple forms, such as installation works, light sculptures, video art pieces, photography, and audiovisual presentations. His work explores the relationship of human beings and the way they perceive and construct time. He is interested in the phenomena of light to manipulate the perception of time and space.

Since 2011, Miguel has worked and collaborated in different interdisciplinary projects from public art, sound, audiovisual and scenographic design. Research and collaboration projects such as: AREOCENE [Germany], Plastique Fantastique, [Colombia], Cortocinesis, BRIGHT BRUSSELS International Light Festival [Belgium] Jet Lag, Fractalia, LAVA FEST, RedBull Academy. He has exhibited his work at the Festival de la Imagen, SOFA, Arttec Festival [Colombia] BERLIN SCIENCE WEEK [Germany], and Festival Guacho Computer [Argentina].
His seeks the development and construction of working links between geometry, drawing and 3D digitization processes, with plastic, sound and visual work in multicultural environments and territories.
He is interested in the immersive relationship that produces objects, surreal installations and public settings with human beings and how this relationship can change the perception of space and time from collective or individual experiences.
